How I dealt with my stress
Yes, stress is something I think affects all of us. I found the best way for me personal to deal with stress was doing activities, in particular sports. I was in boxing for a period of time and felt that helped me deal with stress tremendously. I was feeling less tired and more motivated and alert. It helped me relieve a lot of pressure in everyday life, improving my overall well being. I also tried other activities like yoga which I found to be very peaceful and another good way to reduce stress.

Reduce stress level
Stress could be a good thing sometimes. Lower level stress could motivate us pursue better performance. If there is no stress in our life at all, we may feel life is very boring and we are not motivated any more. However, if stress level goes too high, it will affect both our mental and physical health, then we will need to know how to reduce it and minimize the negative effect on us.
People usually choose to become either fighter or quitter when they face to stress.
Quitters may fight at the beginning, they struggle and try to find a way to deal with stress. But unfortunately, stress is not something that we can get rid of very easily. It takes time, effort and even strategy. Some people may be frustrated after they put a lot effort, and they can't see any improvement or positive result. So they choose not face to the problems any more. They may depend on alcohol or drugs and think they are the best friends now - alcohol or smokes does relax our nerves sometimes, or make us feel numb. However they are no good to our health.
Fighters usually choose positive ways to deal with stress. Such as : take more activities, talk to friends, better time management, practice breathing properly, eat healthy food, etc. They may also seek for professional help or see doctors when stress level is too high. Either way is helpful, because it helps to release stress and reduce the possibility that people get too depressed.

How to handle stress?
Stress is a common problem we have to face in our daily life. It's not something we can avoid and escape from. We all have those days that we feel overloaded and everything have become too much for us. For example, students may feel not ready yet for the coming exam; working professionals have hard time to meet deadline set by the boss; young parents are under both financial and mental pressure to raise children, etc. Some people may choose not face to the problems, but we have to keep in mind that problems won't go away until we find out a way to deal with them.
